1. Introduction
Welcome to Neovisol LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our professional marketing, public relations, and design services (the "Services"). 2. Services Provided
We offer a range of professional services, including but not limited to:

- Public Relations Services: Media relations, press release distribution, crisis communication, reputation management, influencer partnerships, engagement strategies, and media training.
- Marketing Services: Market research, audience analysis, digital marketing (SEO and SEM), social media strategy, content development, branding, and advertising campaigns.
- Design Services: Graphic design for digital and print media, website design and development, corporate branding, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Event Planning and Organization: Corporate events, trade shows, product launches, promotional events, virtual events, webinars, conferences, and seminars.
- Media Analysis and Research: Media listening, news monitoring, and other related services.

3. Payment and Billing
Payment Terms: Payment is due within 15 days of service completion. No refunds will be provided.
Milestones: Incomplete milestones may be canceled, with no charges incurred for the uncompleted work.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials and information in a timely manner to ensure the successful completion of the Services.

5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created during the service will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in writing. In exceptional cases, Neovisol LLC will notify the client via email to the client's official address.

6. Confidentiality
Neovisol LLC does not have a standard confidentiality requirement but will adhere to any confidentiality requests made by the client.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement under the following circumstances:

By Neovisol LLC: In cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or if the client engages in conduct that negatively impacts our reputation or operations.

By Client: If services do not meet the agreed-upon specifications or timelines.

No notice period is required for termination. However, all started and completed milestones must be fully paid by the client.

8. Liability and Disclaimers
Neovisol LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes related to them shall be governed by the laws of the UAE.

11. Modifications and Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email. It is the client's responsibility to review the updated Terms.
